Welcome to Wristfit. These terms govern your use of our website https://www.wristfit.co and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, so please read them.

We are an independent aftermarket accessory brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Fitbit LLC, or their affiliates. "Fitbit" and "Fitbit Air" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe device compatibility for our aftermarket bands.

Using the site

You may use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site for anything illegal or unauthorised

• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users' access

• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site without permission

• Impersonate anyone else or misrepresent your affiliation

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our permission

You must be at least 16 years old to use the site or place an order.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if the product is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In those cases we'll refund any payment in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. The price you're charged is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.

Product descriptions and compatibility

We do our best to describe products accurately and photograph them truthfully. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen depending on your device.

Our bands are engineered specifically to fit the Fitbit Air device. Please confirm your device model before ordering — bands are not returnable for compatibility reasons if the wrong device model was ordered (though our normal 30-day return still applies if you change your mind).

Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify's payment providers. We do not store your full card details. All payments must clear before an order is dispatched.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, images, logos, brand marks, product photography, video, code — is owned by Ten Exum Pty Ltd or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Reviews and other content you submit remain yours, but by submitting them you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and share them across our marketing and website.

Third-party links and services

Our site may link to third-party sites (payment providers, carriers, social media, etc.). We're not responsible for those sites' content, privacy practices, or terms — read theirs when you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ten Exum Pty Ltd's total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. lost profits, lost data) arising from your use of the site or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees around acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and accurate description.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
